OMEGA-3 1000
Regular, daily use of PANHELLEN OMEGA-3 FISH OIL 1000 (1 capsule per day) contributes to the intake of essential fatty acids for the body, thereby maintaining health. In addition to a mixed, balanced diet that meets your needs, it helps prevent and treat certain cardiovascular diseases (e.g. high blood pressure). Due to its anti-inflammatory effect, it can moderate and relieve minor muscle pains, muscle strains, muscle stiffness, inflammations, joint pains caused by regular sports, and it also increases and speeds up the regeneration time. Due to their anti-catabolic effect, omega-3 fatty acids can contribute to proper muscle development and, according to some research, can also reduce the accumulation of body fat.

MORE INFORMATION:
People who regularly do sports have changed nutritional needs, that is, it is essential that certain nutrients, nutrient components, vitamins and minerals are taken into their bodies in appropriate amounts and proportions. The fats that make up our food are made up of fatty acids (and glycerol). We know saturated (mainly found in animal fats) and unsaturated (mainly found in plant oils) fatty acids. Furthermore, as in the case of proteins, we also distinguish between non-essential and essential fatty acids for fats.
The latter are compounds containing polyunsaturated fatty acids, which the body cannot produce, so they must be provided daily from an external source. These include omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids. While the former can be easily covered with a mixed diet, few people's diet contains the latter in sufficient quantities.
The family of omega-3 fatty acids consists of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). All three fatty acids play a role in the protection of a healthy heart, blood vessels and immune system, as well as in the regulation of inflammation, however, EPA and DHA have a stronger health protective and -preserving effect than alpha-linolenic acid.
It is interesting that the high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids is mainly characteristic of vegetable oils (with the exception of palm and coconut oil), but the best sources of EPA and DHA are marine fish .
We should consume 5 dkg of herring or tuna, 10 dkg of salmon, 20 dkg of sea bass, trout or cod per day in order to provide our body with the amount recommended for healthy adults (300-500 mg/day) . In the case of an increased risk of cardiovascular disease, 1000 mg per day is recommended, but in the case of elevated triglyceride levels, 2000-4000 mg per day is recommended (under medical supervision!). If we cannot cover this amount with our diet, it is recommended to use the PANHELLEN OMEGA-3 FISH OIL 1000 dietary supplement in addition to eating (sea) fish 1-2 times a week.
PANHELLEN OMEGA-3 FISH OIL 1000, when used together with the PANHELLEN MSM+™ supplement, contributes to maintaining the health of the cartilage tissue and reducing joint pain.
