WHY IS COLLAGEN IMPORTANT?
Unfortunately, our modern way of life today has moved away from the natural, where the concept of "from ear to tail" was self-evident when it came to the intake of animal protein.
A few hundred years ago, when eating an animal, it was completely natural to eat the animal's ears, brain, skin, cartilage, and internal organs, so - without being aware of it - they were doing themselves a lot of good.
